We can arrange private 1:1 lessons, with one of our pregnancy qualified teachers, from your 2nd trimester onwards. We advise you take a break from Pilates until after your 12 week scan, and then seek medical clearance to exercise from your GP or midwife. We DO NOT take pregnant clients in our regular group classes.

We can accommodate with 1:1 lessons and in some of our group classes postnatally - after 6 weeks for normal birth, or after 12 weeks for caesarean section. Please contact us for suitability and to discuss. Our regular group classes are suitable postnatally after 6 months, providing you have medical clearance to do so.

As Pilates teachers we are not medically trained to diagnose any injuries or conditions, so we we would always ask you to speak with your GP, Physiotherapist or medical practitioner and get medical clearance before coming to class.
Depending on the severity of your injury our teachers are always happy to accommodate with alternative exercises should you need them. Sometimes a gentler class level or 1:1 lesson may be advised.
